Ingredients:

banana pancake with honey
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt (Himalayan, if available)
  • 2 whole cage-free eggs
  • ½ cup mashed bananas
  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl until smooth. Batter will be thick but not dense to eat.
  2. Pour ¼ tablespoon of batter onto nonstick griddle or grease griddle with a small amount of salt-free butter. Heat pancakes until they start to bubble and the edges are brown. Flip and grill until bottom is cooked. Top with a small pad of salt-free butter, fruit, and/or honey. Enjoy!
