After years of experience, every time I am with a client, they desire the same result: healthy, smooth, and shinier hair. In this article, I will share five easy steps to achieve this goal.
The ritual to get shinier, healthier looking hair begins in the shower by choosing the right water temperature—cool is best.
1- Do not wash your hair daily. Try to wash your hair every other day, so the natural oil produced by your scalp nourishes the entire hair strand. Rinse thoroughly with cool water and leave it to air dry.
