The Exercise and Hormone Connection

This month, we, at Healthy Magazine, have had the absolute pleasure of getting to know the life and practice of Dr. Murthy Badiga, an influential and beloved Gastroenterologist in the Rio Grande Valley. He is a man who, through his hard work and brilliance, has managed to cross borders and overcome many obstacles, a trope that seems to be a recurring theme among many living in the Valley, Doctors and Patients alike. Just to be clear, having a recurring theme doesn’t make Dr. Badiga’s journey any less unique or compelling. He is an interesting character who’s seem to have taken life by the horns and let it do its thing, while obviously maintaining the strength to hold on through even the toughest bits
