My simple healthy banana pancakes are the ideal weekend surprise that won’t mess up your healthy diet.
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt (Himalayan, if available)
- 2 whole cage-free eggs
- ½ cup mashed bananas
- 1 ¼ cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
Banana Pancakes Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl until smooth. Batter will be thick but not dense to eat.
- Pour ¼ tablespoon of batter onto nonstick griddle or grease griddle with a small amount of salt-free butter. Heat pancakes until they start to bubble and the edges are brown. Flip and grill until bottom is cooked. Top Banana Pancakes with a small pad of salt-free butter, fruit, and/or honey. Enjoy!
