Happy New Year!
I’m starting my detox new year with a glass of water, yoga then for breakfast I will drink my juice following with a kale smoothie. Fast and easy using any high-speed blender. I’m excited to start my first day knowing will be a great start indeed.

Kale smoothie
- A cup of frozen bananas
- 2 dates
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- A generous amount of kale ( I used 2 cups)
- ½ a cup of water (or more if you want it less thick)
Directions
Put all kale ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend till smooth.

Detox juice
- ½ a cup of water
- 1/3 of a cup of cucumber
- 7-9 mint leaves
- Half a lemon
- 1 thumb of ginger
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
Directions
Using a high-speed blender, blend all the juice ingredients till smooth then using a cheese cloth strain the juice through some cheesecloth to remove the fiber. If you want to drink this with the pulp, go for it! But if you want real authentic green juice, you’ll need to do the second step.

So it’s really as simple as it sounds:
Add veggies/fruit to your blender with some water and blend together. You need to add the water to get the veggies going. You’ll then strain the mixture through some cheesecloth to remove the pulp and then BAM you’ve got green juice. Trust me, your wallet will thank you.
